We are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) - to join our team in Berlin

1️⃣ This is how we see your role & responsibilities: 

  • Ensuring the satisfaction of existing customers by email, on the phone and also in person
  • Strategy and process planning with new customers
  • Coordination of individual requests between customer and warehouse
  • Carrying out process optimisations with the customer
  • Support for customer projects on various platforms
  • Finding solutions to queries and problems
  • Internal forwarding of customer feedback to enable the ongoing optimisation of the product and the services provided
  • Close cooperation with the Operations, Sales and Product / IT departments
  • Preparation and implementation of price negotiations as well as their follow-up and documentation

2️⃣ These are the skills we are looking for:

  • Fluent in German, English and French (at least C2 level or native speaker), any additional language is a plus
  • At least three years' experience in a comparable position in account management or sales
  • Communication skills, persuasiveness and endurance, as well as creativity and enjoyment in dealing with customers
  • Quick perception as well as independent and goal-oriented way of working
  • Structured, pragmatic and accurate way of working
  • High customer and service orientation as well as a pronounced online affinity
  • Reliability, resourcefulness and ability to work in a team
  • Self-confident appearance, high level of self-motivation and commitment
