We are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin



1️⃣ This is how we see your role & responsibilities: 


  • Has a deep understanding of customer and user needs and gaining insights to take impactful product decisions
  • The product is developed proactively with foresight and a holistic view of the stakeholder needs,There is always a full, properly written and prioritized backlog which needs to be simplified 
  • Agile processes are implemented and maintained (until there’s a dedicated scrum master)
  • The product development is communicated with all stakeholders (i.e. they know what is currently being worked on by the engineering team and what impact certain features have)
  • Product development is run with a commercial and strategic mindset and maximise impact (i.e. generate revenue, increase retention, reduce costs etc.)
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation

 

 

2️⃣ These are the skills we are looking for:


  • Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
  • Configure and maintain a project management tool (we’re using JIRA).
  • Proven working experience as a Project Owner/Manager in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (English is must, German is a plus)
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office


3️⃣ These bonus skills we find as an interesting asset:


  • Worked in agile environment before (Big plus: implemented agile processes before)
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus 
  • Worked in Logistics / e-commerce area
