Senior Account Executive

byrd offers e-commerce businesses access to a virtual dashboard that connects their online shop seamlessly with multiple warehouses across borders. Your responsibilities

  • Develop sales opportunities with established e-commerce companies, brands and retailers across Europe through inbound leads from marketing campaigns, as well as proactive networking and outreach
  • Based on your opportunities’ needs, create individual offers and present e-commerce retailers with comprehensive custom fulfillment solutions
  • Manage complex sales processes from the identification of potential leads up to the completion of a deal, which can span over several months and may require cross-functional feedback loops within byrd
  • Be a product evangelist for the byrd vision of fulfilment. Network with relevant companies, present to senior business executives at industry events and demo solutions to potential clients 
  • Based on your sales discussions identify blockers and opportunities for development for byrd
  • Meet or exceed your monthly and quarterly sales targets

Your profile

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a comparable sales position
  • Successful sales track record and ability to consistent deliver on targets
  • Experience with selling to senior business executives and large companies
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles, demonstrated ownership of all aspects of successfully responding to tenders, as well as RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs is an advantage
  • Strong background in E-Commerce and logistics industries
  • Strong and demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills
  • High customer & service orientation and a distinctive online affinity
  • Reliability, drive and team spirit
  • Ability to speak and write in English and German. An additional language is a plus
